The US is definitely losing in Iran. That said, I don't think we'll be seeing a noticeable increase in people seizing the moment to overthrow imperialism, even in much of the global south. The West's (albeit weakened) hold on the world's political economy and various collaborator and comprador elements are still going to be obstacles. Not to mention colour revolutions.
