The story is very specifically about that schlub though, like all other Rockstar games, except GTA V, which is about three schlubs, and GTA VI, which will be about a schlub and a lady
GTA 2 was also about multiple schlubs, one of whom was even a lady!
they could've written a different story about a schlub who wants to be able to vote
Writing a story about a schlub of unspecified gender is not a new idea. Saints' Row, the better GTA, has been doing it since 2006.
