Holy shit this dark humor got me good
Humor is sometimes the only remaining coping mechanism. Reminds me of a post I saw a few days ago of someone saying they won therapy when the therapist needed a pause to take in their horrific story of a life.
that's like 90% of therapy clients though
sometimes you just gotta pause and consider what it's like to live like that
That therapist's therapist had better brace themself.
