I bet people there interact with other humans more often than suburbanites who only ever leave their property in a car.
I was thinking the same exact thing. I'd be running on those basketball courts all the time.
Sure, if they want to or not there isn't much choice with such density. The choice is a perk of suburban living.
interaction with other human beings is healthy for almost everybody, that has been scientifically proven multiple times. Now I understand having interaction is not the same as not being lonely. But you still get some level of connectedness and a much higher likelihood of forming more meaningful bonds over time
