He's a vampire, he regularly gets the blood plasma of his lovers and son as an IV (probably not at the same time, tho, reporting is vague on that).

Dude is not a good advertisement for aging gracefully despite that though.

Looks like chronic sleep deprivation, possibly linked to stimmies, to me. He's also decided to gear up his training a little, looks like.
