So he said he could take down Trump. Then he sucked and failed.
Let me give you a law enforcement lesson.. The law doesn't suddenly stop on major crimes. Like those pesky Tax fraud convictions.
Silence is NORMAL in investigations, and you see it with drug busts, pedo rings and other things all the time. You'll have the typical people whinging that everything is being ignored, the police suck, etc. And then suddenly, you see huge arrests suddenly and charges laid. All the evidence is still there.
Jack smith couldn't keep trump from becoming elected, and the judge was Aileen Cannon, who was appointed by Trump. Aileen Cannon likely DELAYED the trial on purpose, to ensure it would happen too late. And, she seemingly took steps to limit access to that report. The FBI doesn't have access to remove Aileen Cannon from the Supreme court. They can't pick the supreme justice who takes the case (that is random apparently).
The report is ALREADY DONE. Jack smith can validate the report and if it has been sabotaged, and in all likelihood, it has been given to people he trusts within the FBI. And, you don't want to give Trump time to take steps to act against the conviction whilst he's elected (especially because he probably doesn't have access to all the evidence FBI has). Releasing the evidence would give him 4 years to weaken the case, and give him the opportunity to pardon everyone involved. He likely doesn't know the full extent of everyone involved
The moment Trump is out, don't be surprised if this returns to court.. If you check Jack Smith's history, he has a lot of notable cases (including war crimes at the hague and various major corruption lawsuits). The FBI didn't pick a rando to run this investigation.
Wow thanks for the lesson super smart internet rando.
That's a matter of perspective. For people still voting for Trump, I guess I may be seen as Super smart.
For everyone else, probably average or below average
