A grinder will cut through a steel pole like that so much faster than a recip.

    He literally points out that the recip is quieter, and he's got it chopped in seconds, so the fractions of such that a grinder'd offer are negligible. If anything, I'm curious what the comparative battery-life is between a reciprocating saw & angle grinder, but that's even more pedantic, honestly. 🤷🏼‍♂️
