I've started calling Kurdistan "Kurdish Israel" to the hatred of many reddit leftists. I've said before, the only place that Kurdistan makes sense to be carved out from is Türkiye, they're a semi-periphery country (honestly they're arguably an imperial core country, but i think thats up for debate) that is responsible for a large amount of the crimes committed against Kurds, and are currently the biggest barrier to the Kurdish people. Iraq, Iran, and Syria, are all global south countries that were formerly colonized, fracturing them does not aid the region's working class against fighting the imperialists who once colonized them.
