I am contemplating asking my GP for anxiety meds. I have been struggling with anxiety since forever. Probably a byproduct of autism. It's not always constant but I do have near daily intrusive thoughts. Though the meds themselves can kinda suck.
It would just be nice to have days on which I do not panic about a tiny pain in my teeth or back or whatever. It gets tiring sometimes.
