Even ignoring the top spot, this is a really weird list. I feel like he just asked an AI to make a meme that makes him look like the chad and Obama/Biden look like the soyjack.

My first thought, too.

Ulysses S. Grant a failure? Ooooh, I just looked, it's because he was seen as defeating the KKK by use of the Force acts of the Reconstruction amendments. Ok, well that checks out.
