We were talking about what to have for dinner and she wanted a wrap. I made a comment about not having any beets. She barely reacted... So I am lighting the dad-signal, give me some good recipes for wraps with beets! 😋

Roasted beets and chickpea wraps seem to be a common Mediterranean style dish*, but if you serve with a side of M&Ms you can call yourself a Wrap God.

*I can't attest to how good the recipe is (or if a human has ever made it), but maybe something like this or this?
