There's a somewhat local roaster I make a point of driving to. They roast to order and when I come right after they call, sometimes the bag of still warm. Absolutely amazing coffee, I highly recommend trying them. The Tanzanian Peabody is my favorite, but my roommates say their flavored ones are quite good too.
