Very light roast is my first and most important preference. and I really like the beans I get from Olympia Coffee in Washington state.

Beyond that I don't care much, but I do find beans from African countries tend to be my favorinte in terms of aroma and flavor, but I've never really disliked coffee based on where the beans come from
