Do you have any particular preferences, and if there’s a particular reason - why? Small shop beans roasted on demand, or maybe larger brands like Lavazza and the likes?

Are there any neat little known facts about the beans (or the brand) that you prefer?

Smokin Beans they roast fresh to order and you can customize your roast level.

Favorite so far is Sumatra Mandheling wet hulled in a medium roast so some of the acid tartness comes through.
