it's fine. and I can have it hot or cold, and using it as an ingredient in anything else is a cinch.

Oh god I can't even imagine how strong it'd be with a tablespoon, let alone four. I use 1.5 teaspoons. The container says 1-2

I really don't know, I'm not a coffee drinker. I just have some instant on hand for guests.
