If your dark enough you may just be able to pass as Mexican. I'm half Chinese and that seems to be good enough for a lot of people to guess that I'm Mexican. If your white white you may need some extra steps for True Authenticity (TM). You should probably buy whole corn kernels directly from a fair trade farm in Yucatan and hand grind it in a traditional mortar and pestel.
