I'm using lunar client and its pretty decent but im kinda worried about data collection. It's probably not horrible but still, i want to be pretty sure that it doesn't collect any data, or atleast not a lot. I want something like lunar just more private and maybe foss as well? Also it needs to work on linux

Terraria isn't really much like Minecraft, just because it has blocks. Luanti/VoxelLibre is closest, but sometimes you need actual Minecraft to play with friends who have Minecraft, or if you want specific features in the game
