Sarajevo Safari is the name for an alleged war tourism phenomenon during the siege of Sarajevo (1992–1996) involving human hunting. According to the reports, wealthy foreign nationals were enabled, for large monetary fees, to shoot at civilians in the besieged city with sniper rifles for entertainment purposes.

“Investigations” aren’t the same as “conclusions.” Naming people just means accusing them.

    "Journalism" isn't the same thing as "law enforcement" and it is dishonest to conflate the two. "Evidence" as defined by a documentary and "evidence" as defined by law enforcement are worlds apart, and they do NOT work to the same standard. As you clearly know, but would like to elide.
