Look--there is a VERY simply counter to ANY space weapon, no matter how poweful and expensive:

If you don't have the technology to compete in space, all you do is throw shrapnel grenades into space until the entire orbit is full of little bits of metal zipping around at hundreds of miles an hour, shredding any weapons that are up there.

Unfortunately, any satellites, used for communication, or for weather forecasting, or space observation, will also be shredded.

The United States is actively fucking with the future of humanity. The world needs to divest and sanction this shitshow of a country.
