I think it's pretty obvious for us here outside the US too. It is like bad body odour, it is harder to notice when you're inside it and used to it.

Hate is a multi-billion dollar business in America. The capital class spends obscene amounts of money to keep people hating each other and stoke the culture war. It’s the evolution of the old school union busting on the 1900s.

If you hold everyone 100% responsible for their actions, including supporting or condoning governments that mess up this world, contributing to global warming, consumption under capitalism, choices they did not foresee the outcome off, mistakes, etc., then there are no decent people in this world at all.
