    Apparently not, because the population of Palestinians will always equal the population of Palestinians no matter what. You didn't think through this.

    The amount of Palestinians that exist right now is the number of Palestinians that exists right now. The amount of Palestinians 9 months ago is equal to the number of Palestinians 9 months ago. You're failing to understand that the comparison here is death type not population capitas.
