This is allegedly a photo from a member of the Bay Area babyfur club back around 2009. We can't be 100% certain its Elon but in the posters defense we do know Elon has role-played as a child on a dedicated Twitter account and he does act super childish and immature all the time. Very possible he's into this particular kink.

Funny thing is according to the poster Elon was kicked out for being too annoying.
