I don't know there are other ethnicity that are pretty good at it. All I can say with certainty is that humans are very good at it. Never seen another animal care about anothers colour so much. Could you imagine if other animals separated by color it would be ridiculous.

If you think white US Americans are somehow the only ones capable of racism talk to an Iranian about their feelings toward their neighbors. Or better about minorities in their own country.
