Had an old acquaintance tell me he always put cheese in coffee, I don't remember if he added creamer or not. Apparently he said it was a puertorriqueño thing? Was I being gaslit or is this an actual thing?

Thats all too common tho. I am fluent, but all my education is in English, so there are technical things I struggle with. If you know where to look or listen you might even pick it out.

    No se que gramática "he" es. Nunca vi eso. ¿Que es?

    And since I don't trust myself to have phrased that correctly, I'm not familiar with the "he" thing. What part of speech is that? I imagine it's referring to yourself but I haven't seen that form at all

    Sure. It means "I have". I think its the past perfect/present in grammar? I am not sure.

    No he comido -> I have not ate.

    The he is not really a verb it just kind of modifies what comes after. It comes from Haber rather than Tener.

    Pretty much all of my education is in English, so I cannot really explain it well.
