Some power hungry piece of shit is already trying to convince his (it's always a man) neighbors them down-the-block Whites are going to kill them unless they donate to the "Nah I'm a good one" fund. You can't leave too many White people alone. Just look at the Hamptons. Or the US South. Or US history in any window of time.
