No, I think the massive differences in wealth and material incentives people from the ruling class face compared to those who work for a wage/salary create vastly different behaviours and morals in each class. I believe people are much more a reflection of their class and much less so of a specific culture. In that I don't believe Americans are special compared to Canadians, Germans, etc. I think there's a lot more in common between a Canadian and an American worker than an american worker and Jeff Bezos.
