She had a medical condition that caused it. Just because you've never had such a condition doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The world is bigger than your experience. If you can imagine yourself having a heart attack forcing your body to stop driving and kill your kids, why can't you imagine yourself with a mental illness that forces you to do terrible things?

    For clarity, you’re saying it’s not possible for women to be unbiased in the trial of a woman? Why is a man inherently unbiased?

    He's not saying that. He's saying that both are biased and because of that the ratio has to be fifty-fifty.
