Not much better in the states. A can of cheap coffee (~686g) now costs about $13 here, and the better stuff can ring up at $20 or more at the same size.

i think coffee was always expensive if you want the good stuff(in the states) the cheap brands are cheap for a reason. i think because coffee requires such a intensive and specific environment to grow. thats why the customers are often well off, and almost no "middle class or poorer buys them"

Assuming you're from Finland, Hieno Mokka in LIDL costs 5€ a pack and is indistinguishable from Juhla Mokka.
