I really want to post and comment but I'm anxious about it being low effort or just cluttering the site, so what are the rules here for posting since I couldn't find any by searching.

There's not enough activity on the site so don't worry about cluttering it up. Just don't be an insufferable liberal or reactionary and you'll be ok.
