I kind of figured you weren't the brightest, but its still surprising to me you dont understand how people draw conclusions from your statements. You respond to someone talking about not voting with a quote about doing nothing. Thus it is safe to conclude voting is the only thing to do.
But also vote strategically. Elections have consequences.
