So, she broke a test tube containing plauge, and then went on to have contact with 200 people over the next few days, before being admited to the hospital. Seems there is something missing here.

Plague is a disease, not an infectious agent.

There is a maternity hospital under quarentine, and around 200 people. Weird for the maternity hospital to be quarentined, havent seen about the 200 people, if they mean hospital staff.
