Unable unlock Bootloader on Redmi note 7 pro (lemmy.ml)

Hi guys, I'm actually facing a little trouble around here, im trying unlock the bootloader of my redmi note 7 pro. But the latest xiaomi unlock tool doesn't recognize it, is there something to do with port. Im using windows for this, the laptop detects the mobile but the xiaomi application won't. Any suggestion or have anyone faced similar issue with any other xiaomi device.

Did you also installed the drivers? It took me some time to learn that your computer may see the phone in regular mode (accessing content) but not when you turn it on recovery mode / boot mode and this requires additional drivers.
