- If that fails, push for an instance-level ban.
- If that doesn't work, complain to the receiving instances and try to get them to ban those accounts.
- And when people move to a separate instance, suddenly the demand becomes defederation.
The goalposts just keep moving. It's never really about finding a solution. It's about getting rid of people who post content.
