Excel also has lots of instabilities and bugs that pop up for even standard users. Plus it's slow as hell

    Standard users are people who are not adept at Excel. Calc is fine for basic stuff but I was responding to the question why'd you ever use Excel.

    Calc doesn't handle named tables so you can't reference one and you also can't apply a function to a whole column, nor can you reference row by its column

    These are all incredible features to have for advanced users
