We are soooooooooooooooo far behind in privacy.

The dystopia already owns the world.

To fix it I feel.like a physical revolution would need to be had.

Most of this is extremely common, isn't it? It's always a privacy nightmare, but are we pretending that LinkedIn are the only ones who use it for more than website analytics?

Browser fingerprinting has been a thing for ages.
