There's a European Citizens Initiative for that! If you're an EU citizen, do consider signing.

Even if the EU argue that international law is only allegedly violated, then they MUST at least consider an investigation. My view however is that the evidence couldn't be more clear.

Interestingly, the top 3 countries by signatures are as follows

  1. France - 420000
  2. Italy - 258000
  3. Spain - 138000

And by threshold percentages (which I assume are a proxy for percentages of overall population):

  1. France - 754%
  2. Italy - 482%
  3. Spain - 332%

I would've expected Spain and Ireland to be on top for at least the latter one, interesting why they're not
