In fairness, they're both absurdly handsome guys in excellent costumes.

What a roller coaster I experienced with "Series Acclimation Mil." More or less started with an eyeroll and ended with me giddy and pointing at the screen like that Leo meme. It actually made me come around on SAM as a character. I recently watched the final arc of DS9 with this episode's revelations in mind, and it really enriches things while also making them more complicated. It actually becomes a sort of fitting coda to DS9 (which itself is a show about enriching and also complicating things). Tawny Newsome is a treasure.
I loved ACA and I'm sad that it's been cancelled.
EDIT to correct Tawny Newsome's name. Must've had The Last Man on Earth on my mind when I wrote it as "Tandy." That or the Tony Todd/Candyman thing just got in there and ~~portmandeau~~ ~~portmandeux~~ ~~Natalie Portman Mountain Dew~~ it got all combined, yeah?
I bet Tawny Newsome would be thrilled to hear you say that honestly. She said she wanted to give Captain Sisko and Jake a proper send off and it sounds like she accomplished that!

Also, The Last Man on Earth was underrated and I'm sad that it got cancelled! On a cliffhanger no less.

Tawny's character made me cry. Partly the character herself and partly because I know that she must have been so happy to play her. It was lovely to see her and I want more.

Yeah i would guess so, but it makes no sense because it's all in capitals but it's not an initialism.

It's mostly Trekcore's shorthand.
Where I differ is DISCO for Discovery and ACA which they still fully spell out as Academy.

But it says academy there, not ACA.

It's a holographic recording of a lecture Jake gave about his dad that's being watched by the characters. He's not a living character in academy.

They should give him a starring role in the next Star Wars movie. Why? I just think it would be funny.
