I know American law enforcement recently talked about the idea of "anti-AI terrorism" that could take place in the near future.

    Ah, this was in Canada. Here in the US, Trump effectively banned creation of new power generation on account of Chinese components so I'm not sure if we're getting new datacenters anyway.
