It sounds like they specially chose Made In Europe instead of Made In EU so they can choose members outside the EU. Saying UK left the EU is irrelevant if that's the case. It should be measured on other factors, same as they should for other non-EU European countries.

Just remember the Brexit campaign was the result of a massive global misinformation campaign conducted over decades, and not a single leave promise made to the British people has come to fruition (or was ever really possible) the UK will end up rejoining the EU with much fairer terms for all the other member states, without all the carve outs and benefits it had as a founding member.
