honestly, no. there is no podcast imo that reaches their high level of production and narrative quality

Depends how you define "similar" I suppose, but there's this podcast aiming to cover the whole history of the Soviet Union from start to finish from socialist perspective.
I haven't listened to it, but Madeline Pendleton has one called "Pick Me Up, I'm Scared" that seems to be similar.
Ghost Stories for the End of the World has some very detailed and long series on a bunch of subjects that weave in and out of parapolitical history. He’s no stranger to really crazy conspiracies, both real and imagined, and is always good at being very explicit when he’s wandering off the documented path into the land of myth and monsters. The Octopus Conspiracy, the mafia, Opus Dei, Project Gladio networks of many varieties, and some good old-fashioned stuff that makes your head hurt like Jared Leto’s extensive CIA connections and bizarre cult.
He does have a more Lynchian theatrical style that some don’t like. Personally I love it. If you’re interested I’d recommend checking out the episode “These Dreams of Menwith Hill”. It’s truly mind boggling how good that episode is, it almost feels degrading to call it just a podcast episode.
