There is a AGENTS.md file,
no explicit rules about AI/LLM yet.

However, as suggested above, if the project is founded by the NLnet,
it must adhere to NLnet GenAI policy.

I spent 15 minutes going through their site and I have no idea what format this is supposed to use. Why can't they just say it's like Facebook, Discord, Twitter, Reddit or some combination?
