O’Keefe was charged alongside fellow influencer Cam Higby after they allegedly misrepresented themselves at polling places during Minnesota’s primary in August.

A Minnesota prosecutor on Wednesday charged conservative provocateur James O’Keefe and influencer Cam Higby with felony counts of unlawful voting and identity theft after they misrepresented themselves at polling places in August using the names of registered voters.

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty, who announced the charges at a news conference, accused the pair of entering polling places during state primary election voting on Aug. 11 and identifying themselves using names of registered voters in those precincts without those voters’ knowledge or permission.

“Both men stopped short of signing the oath we all sign before receiving our ballot,” she said. “But Minnesota law states clearly that no individual shall intentionally misrepresent their identity in applying for a ballot.”

The cherry on top will be when he starts begging for a pardon and Trump DGAF about him.

Statistically, this million dollar payout would be the easiest to get for reporting republicans, but why anyone would believe that Trump would actually pay is beyond me.

It is interesting, if you do something bad yourself, it is extremely easy to project your own behavior onto your oppononent, you can also dismiss any lack of evidence that your opponent actually did the bad thing because they are better at hiding it.

Sadly, this guy seems to just keep getting away with all his stupid shit. Maybe this time he'll get more that a pittance of a fine and probation, but it's clear that he is some powerful person's useful idiot and he'll just get another slap on the wrist.

Were they only caught because they posted a video? If so, maybe it proves their point that the vouching system is a bad idea. It kind of sounds like a bad idea.
