But the problem isn't whether it's actually illegal or not. The problem is the potential for getting arrested and having to spend fucktons of money and time to defend in court that something is not illegal. When that potential is low because the law is well written, people are less concerned. But the anti-abortion laws are almost never well written and the potential for abuse is extremely high. Most of us assume this is by design, and here this lady is too wrapped up in her privilege and righteousness to see the reality of why she experienced what she did.

This just reminds me that republicans think those laws are all well-written and not a jumbled mess made on the spot by an overly sensitive Republican snowflake who has literally never interacted with a woman.
