Rationality.
The world is ruled by superstitious people who make irrational decisions based on belief in the supernatural. So very often, such decisions end in disaster.
But rather than taking responsibility and owning their errors, they'd rather scapegoat and blame others.
When we accept the facts of reality as they are, we can begin to make good decisions.
Humility. All I got in life, I got it with peopleβs help. The day I become one of these « I PUT MYSELF BY MY BOOSTRAPΒ Β» guy, I hope someone will slap me
I cannot express it as a single word, but I've become quite attached to "cause no unnecessary harm."

Hyperthreading. I don't buy processors if the cores don't support it.
Also clock boosting to whatever the thermal solution allows. What's the point of having a high end cooler if you're not saturating it under load?

Critique
Most critique is very toxic and only serves to insult, but I find that critique when honest and well served, created the greatest opportunity to improve and enjoy your work, and any honest critique can assist in improving your work.
Love
Being genuinely interested in helping other people. While there are (many?) truly nasty people out there, assuming the worst from others as a default only contributes to the problem. I've been there before, and I have no desire of returning.

Integrity, curiosity, empathy, open-mindedness.
Of the top of my mind without giving it the required though.
Compassion
Treat others like how you want to be treated. I like it when people are nice and make me laugh so I try to do the same.
I have two that go hand in hand. One cannot exist without the other in my moral compass.
Acceptance and resistance.
Accept the things you truly cannot change and resist the injustices/cruelties that you can take a stand for and help to change.
Took me a hell of a long time to learn to accept certain things as absolutes, like the fact that suffering is an inherent part of life, but I have always been one to fight against things that can be changed. Not all suffering should be inherent to the human experience, though, and a lot of it can be fought against.
I say accept what you HAVE to, always resist when you NEED to, and do what you CAN
Honesty
Do not try to deceive people. Always tell the truth, even if itβs uncomfortable.
Honesty is a tough one, especially when living in a world that expects people to tell employers what they want to hear just to get decent work.
When I am interviewing people, I always appreciate when the candidate is honest about their experience - or lack of experience.
If I ask about something and they openly say they never did that, that's a green flag. I want to see people are honest about where they don't have experience, because being honest about gaps is an important trait for when they are actually on the job.
On the other hand, if the candidate has something literally written on their CV/resume as a "strong skill" but then when I ask about it they struggle and try to bullshit their way through it, that's the opposite. If someone is happy to lie to get the job, they'll probably lie when they're on the job too.
I wish the HR managers I ran into were more like you.

Integrity
Can you describe as you see it?

That's pretty much it in a nutshell.
Positivity
Try to find something valuable in every interaction, situation and in every person you meet. I have no problems admitting when something didn't go over well. But I can squeeze something out of everything that happens to me.
It's a little bit more difficult with people. I can't bring myself to always engage in a positive way with everybody. But I admire the people who can.
I generally find it very endearing when people have a positive outlook on life and loving, empathic relations with their peers. Especially if they managed to overcome hardship.
Empathy...see myself in the other person's shoes. Often I do this and it makes me think they're an even bigger asshole, but I try at least.
Reliability.
Leave the impression on others as if they can rely on you. Donβt let the small winds change your direction.
