A State Department official said in that the man, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran migrant who had been living in Maryland before he was deported, was “alive and secure” in a terrorism confinement center in El Salvador.

He is dead isnt he?

Hold Donnie in contempt and send HIM to that prison until he complies.

Who’s gonna do it? Genuine question.

Law enforcement is the function of the executive branch, and he’s at the top, no?

US Marshalls are under DOJ.

The Department of Justice is under the Executive branch and thus, so are the US Marshals. That is why Trump has been able to us the DoJ to go after his enemies and why Musk is invading all these agencies with marshals at his back. In fact, the US Marshal service has deputized members of Musk's private security even though they have no law enforcement experience.

Says they fall under the judiciary branch. Wikipedia may not be perfectly accurate but this doesn't seem like something they'd get wrong.

I have zero doubt secret service have largely been replaced with loyalists, and would kill any Marshall attempting such a thing.

It should still be done, but I doubt any judge has the balls, because the fascists will charge and execute them too.

Trump has had the secret service in his pocket since the first term. When the Inspector General of Homeland security asked for the agencies text messages around Jan 5th and 6th, the agency chose instead to delete them. Even Biden knew they were compromised. When he first took office, part of his own service detail was replaced due to questions of allegiance.
