As I get older, I am finding more joy in these causal games. I am not really into fish, but I enjoy this one.

If you like fishing, I’d also like to point out that”Sea of Thieves”, as my favorite game. While it’s not actually a casual game, it can be played that way.

It has a fishing mechanism, cooking your catch, and selling it for profit and rank. Combine that with sailing and you have a nice casual mode in a more intensive game. There have been plenty of times when I just want something relaxing so maybe I’ll gear up a sloop, sail to a distant island and just spend an afternoon fishing.

A similar casual mode of play is searching for buried treasure, although you may need to fight to defend your loot - I haven’t tried that in a casual way
