I need a word for not doing that, it seems to be a more rare and remarkable occurrence

Delatibulating?

To go out and engage with reality or a social situation. The opposite of hiding in a corner and trying to escape reality.

Examples:

"I was delatibulating at a party the other night, and it was actually pretty fun."

"It's graduation, man. You need to get out there and delatibulate, my guy."

"You think there are nanobots in the vaccine? Dude, you need to delatibulate, stat."

Delatibulating

Every translation and dictionary app on my search decided I asked for "deliberating".

"What did you do on the weekend?"
"Learned about de-realisation and labitulated mostly"
