I actually memorised how to write this character, it's not terribly difficult if you know how Chinese characters work and how they're normally written
Thats impressive - the biáng character is actually so complex it's not even in the standard Unicode set, which is why you'll often see it written as two 'biang' pinyin instead of the actual charcter!
You need to write it out once more.
Dang! If writing the name of the food is more complicated than preparing the food itself, it's usually German food lol
That looks like it would make for a good tattoo!
The noodles are good enough where you might legitimately have this tattooed in tribute.

Sure! I used this recipe and followed it pretty much exactly, because I never made this before. I also prepared some stir-fried soy/vegetables on the side to make it more saucy, and it fits pretty well.
