E. Bruce Goldstein 2018: Cognitive Psychology 5e, Ch. 13 p. 408. This is an example of a mental model, or how people represent problems in their mind to validate a syllogism with deductive reasoning. The syllogism is, for some reason: None of the artists are beekeepers All of the beekeepers are chemists Some of the chemists are not artists
