How do I block all meme communities on lemmy? (lemmy.world)

I dont like memes, they waste brain space and time. How can I prevent the home feed from being flooded by them? I block one, and 5 more show up.

Subscribe to the communities you enjoy, and change default view to subscriptions instead of all. At least that’s what I do.
